Michael Rossbach currently serves as Vice President and Program Director of Transformation at Berkadia since October 2021. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Business Analyst IV at Fannie Mae from September 2012 to October 2021, where responsibilities included developing strategy and providing analytical support for enterprise-wide lean management transformation, as well as facilitating IT Delivery Services restructuring projected to save over $20 million in the first year. Additionally, as a Product Developer, Michael supported mortgage loan modification programs post-housing crisis and created a rate methodology calculator utilized by major housing finance entities. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from Mississippi State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Maryland.
