Michelle Esser

Michelle Esser is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in both corporate counsel and litigation. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Berkadia since April 2019 and as a Litigation Attorney at Coleman|Nourian since October 2018, Michelle has also held significant roles in advocacy and research management at Young Survival Coalition from 2009 to 2018. Michelle's earlier legal career includes positions as a Senior Staff Attorney at Dechert LLP and as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Harvey Bartle III. Michelle possesses a Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and an MBA from Villanova University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Ursinus College.
