Mike Terry, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the affordable housing sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Affordable Housing Investment Sales at Berkadia since September 2020, Mike has held prominent roles including First Vice President at LIHTC Advisors, LLC, and Chief Financial Officer at Anchor Insurance Holdings. Previous positions include Associate - Investment Properties at CBRE Affordable Housing Group, Vice President and Funding Desk Manager at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle, Senior Financial Analyst at UPC Insurance, Secondary Marketing Manager at Preferred Home Mortgage, and AVP, Whole Loan Trader at EverBank.
