Patrick Harmon joined Berkadia as an Associate Director of Investment Sales in 2023. Prior to this, they served as a New Member Educator for the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity at the University of San Diego in 2021, where they organized programs and supported new members. They also gained experience as a Lifeguard at Laurelhurst Beach Club in 2021 and as a Real Estate Development Intern at MainStreet Property Group LLC in 2022, where they focused on market research and site development. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance and Real Estate from the Knauss School of Business at the University of San Diego in 2023.
