Robert Bratley is the Managing Director for the Investment Sales platform at Berkadia in Denver, Colorado, where they provide multifamily investment sales solutions to clients. Previously, Robert held the position of Senior Director with JLL’s Denver Capital Markets team and has extensive commercial brokerage experience with ARA Newmark and CBRE. Since 2012, Robert has executed nearly $1 billion in transaction volume, including multifamily and land properties. They are an active member of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors and have been recognized multiple times in the Top Ten Heavy Hitters for Multifamily Sales. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance from Colorado State University.
