Robert Lipson has extensive experience in the finance and commercial mortgage industry, with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC since December 2009, Robert focuses on originating and structuring financing for both Multifamily and Commercial assets, specializing in regional and national lending. Prior to this role, Robert held the position of Senior Vice President at Capmark Finance from March 1996 to December 2009, and worked as Vice President at GMAC Commercial Mortgage from 1996 to 2006. Earlier in the career, Robert gained financial analysis experience at Kraft Foods as a Financial & Inventory Analyst and at Chestnut Hill Realty Corp as a Financial Analyst. Robert holds a BSE degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1984 and 1988.
