Robert Schultz is a bond and affordable housing real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at Berkadia since 2025, Robert previously held the same title at Greystone Housing Impact Investors, LP from 2012 to 2025, specializing in originating Tax Exempt Bond transactions for multifamily rental projects. Prior to that, Robert was a VP at D.A. Davidson & Co., where they participated in over 200 transactions totaling over $2 billion.
