Steven Muth

Steven Muth, CPA, currently serves as Managing Director at Berkadia since January 2022. Prior to this role, Steven was the Managing Director of Seniors Housing Origination at M&T Realty Capital Corporation from January 2018 to January 2022, where responsibilities included originating loans for seniors housing and healthcare properties nationwide. Steven also held the position of Healthcare & Not-For-Profit Relationship Manager at M&T Bank from August 2010 to December 2017 and worked as a Federal Tax Associate at KPMG from January 2008 to June 2010. Steven earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego, completing studies in 2007.
