Thomas Piper is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate and capital markets sectors. Currently serving as Director and Vice President of Product Originations at Berkadia since April 2014, Thomas has also held the position of Project Manager in Capital Markets. Prior to this role, Thomas was Vice President of Investment Management at Morgan Properties from September 2012 to April 2014, and served as Senior Vice President and Senior Asset Manager at Capmark from August 2003 to September 2012. Thomas Piper holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Penn State University and has additional educational experience from the University of Limerick.
