Tom Genetti

Tom Genetti, CCIM, currently serves as Senior Managing Director at Berkadia since July 2018, covering Indianapolis and Alabama. Previously, Tom held the position of SVP, Commercial Real Estate & Director of Permanent Loan Products at BBVA Compass from June 2008 to July 2018, and prior to that, was VP of Production at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital from July 2004 to June 2008, where Tom specialized in originating permanent loans for life companies, conduits, and agency financing. Additionally, Tom worked as EVP, Commercial Lending Manager at First Commercial Bank from April 1990 to July 2004. Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance from Auburn University, earned between 1984 and 1988.
