Tom Moran

Tom Moran is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in apartment transactions across Southern California. Since January 2021, Tom has served as Senior Managing Director at Berkadia, focusing on various aspects of apartment deals, including value-add opportunities, core investments, mixed-use developments, and condo conversions. Prior to this role, Tom was a Partner at Moran & Company for 22 years, contributing to the Southern California office's apartment investment sales team. Tom began the career in property management with positions at Fairfield Residential and Sares Regis Group from 1992 to 1999. Tom holds a BSBA in Marketing from Chapman University, obtained in 1992.
