Tye Haslip

Tye Haslip is a Senior Graphic Designer at Berkadia, specializing in design work for commercial real estate, including offering memorandums (OMs) and marketing collateral, since March 2025. As the Owner and Artist at 1728 Designs, Tye focuses on mixed media art and furniture design, creating unique pieces such as tables and bar tops. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Graphic Designer at The Studio, where branding and marketing materials for real estate agents were developed, and other graphic design roles across various companies, including Safco Products Company and Mayflower Distributing Company. Tye's freelance work at Dezcon Design Concepts encompassed a wide range of graphic design services. Tye holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Graphic Design & Commercial Art from South Central College.
