Tyler Sinks

Tyler Sinks serves as a Managing Director at Berkadia’s San Diego office, specializing in multifamily investment sales. With over a decade of experience, Tyler has advised clients on multifamily investments, achieving over $5 billion in transactions and establishing a reputation as a top broker in Southern California. Previously, Tyler was a Senior Vice President at Northmarq and began their real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield, managing approximately 2.1 million square feet of corporate office space. Tyler earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Boston College and a Master of Real Estate with honors from the University of San Diego, where they also engage in mentorship and guest lecturing.
