Dwayne Douglas Smith

Dwayne Douglas Smith, P.E., is a County Engineer at Berkeley County Council, where they utilize over 30 years of experience in civil and structural engineering across various sectors, including commercial retail and nuclear land development. Previously, Smith held significant roles at Westinghouse Savannah River Corporation and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., managing multi-million dollar projects and leading teams in design and construction. Smith also served as Vice President of Development at Hampton Park Division and as Senior Project Manager at ARRO Consulting, Inc. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering at West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
