Anthony Ching is currently serving as a Commercial Graduate in the St James division of Berkeley Group Plc, a position held since September 2024. Prior experience includes an Insight Day at CBRE in July 2018, where negotiations over rental costs of A1 properties were conducted. From July 2022 to July 2023, Anthony worked as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor during an Industrial Placement at Laing O'Rourke, contributing to the Olympia Redevelopment Project and gaining substantial commercial awareness in the construction industry. A Summer Internship at Fenwick Elliott LLP in July 2023 further allowed the application of contractual knowledge gained from previous experiences. Anthony Ching completed GCSEs at Eltham College and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Surveying at the University of Reading, expected to graduate in 2024.
