Cathy He

Cathy Cathy holds extensive experience in finance and operations, currently serving as Managing Director and Operations Director at Berkeley Group Plc since April 2017, where responsibilities include strategy, operations, business development, and expansion across China, South East Asia, and the Middle East. Previously, Cathy was Finance Director and Head of Finance at St George PLC, overseeing investments, asset management, and land acquisition. Experience includes a role as Financial Project Manager at Element Materials Technology and managerial positions at Deloitte UK, contributing to sectors such as construction, infrastructure, and real estate. Academically, Cathy holds an MBA from CUHK Business School and a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, alongside a B.Com with Distinction in Finance and Accounting from UNSW. Cathy was also a nominee for Deloitte Business Woman of the Year in 2013.
