Dean Gardner

Dean Gardner is an experienced Finance Director currently working at Countryside Partnerships, with a tenure from 2023 to 2025. Previously, they held several significant positions, including Senior Financial Controller and Head of Finance at Berkeley Group Plc, as well as Treasury Manager at NewDay. Dean's background also includes roles at Lloyds TSB as a Balance Sheet Analyst and at Royal Bank of Scotland as a Group Treasury Business Partner. They began their career in auditing with Deloitte in both South Africa and Bermuda. Dean graduated from the University of Cape Town with a B.Bus.Sc and PGDA in Finance.
