Ryan James is the Head of Development at St William Homes and St James Group, part of the Berkeley Group, where they specialize in sustainable brownfield development. They are currently leading the pre-development phase for the regeneration of a 90-acre former industrial site in East London. Ryan has extensive experience in delivering major planning applications, land acquisition, affordable housing, and managing large consultant teams. Prior to their current role, they served as a Senior Development Manager at Berkeley Group Plc and held various positions in development management and project management at Lendlease and Rider Levett Bucknall. Ryan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Planning and Development with first-class honors from Nottingham Trent University.
