Carl Steefel

Carl Steefel is a Senior Scientist at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, where they engage in meetings and collaborative projects. Previously, Carl held the position of Staff Scientist at the same institution from 2004 to 2012. They began their career as a Project Geologist at Anaconda Minerals from 1980 to 1985. Carl studied English Literature at Yale University from 1985 to 1992, before pursuing a diverse path in geosciences, including experience as a hard-core field geologist and reactive transport modeler.
