Chenhui Zhu is a Staff Scientist at Berkeley Lab, specializing in technical development of X-ray scattering and diffraction techniques, including Grazing-incidence SAXS/WAXS and coherent X-ray scattering, with a focus on applications in liquid crystals, perovskite solar cells, polymers, and metal-organic frameworks. Prior experience includes roles as Research Scientist and Project Scientist at Argonne National Laboratory, where work involved coherent X-ray imaging and nanoscale energy sciences, as well as a postdoctoral position at the University of Colorado Boulder, concentrating on liquid crystals. Chenhui Zhu earned a PhD in Liquid Crystals from the University of Colorado Boulder, following an undergraduate education at the University of Science and Technology of China.
