Cheyenne T.

Cheyenne T. is an experienced research associate currently employed at Berkeley Lab, focusing on neuroimaging data management and analysis for an NIH-funded study on tau-PET tracers in Alzheimer's Disease. Previously, Cheyenne served as a legal assistant and communications project manager with Direct Action Everywhere, managing cross-functional projects to support nonviolent activists. As an fMRI researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, Cheyenne developed skills in operating fMRI scans and gained a professional bedside manner. Leadership abilities were honed as president and communications lead of the Berkeley Organization for Animal Advocacy, where Cheyenne coordinated extensive animal justice efforts. Additional experience includes roles as a communications coordinator for a local mayoral campaign and a research assistant in linguistics documentation. Cheyenne holds a BA in Physics and Cognitive Science from UC Berkeley and is currently pursuing a Master's in Information and Data Science at the same institution.
