Chrissy Galli

Chrissy Galli, MS, MBA, is currently serving as the HR Project Manager at Berkeley Lab, focusing on enhancing HR system efficiency and integrating new collective bargaining agreements. Previously, Chrissy held various roles at the University of California, Berkeley, including Associate Director for Workforce Analysis and Strategic Project Manager in Recreational Sports, where responsibilities included identifying recruitment efficiencies and developing employee training programs. Experience also includes coordinating internships and communications for the Department of Kinesiology at Saint Mary's College of California. Chrissy’s academic background features an ongoing pursuit of a PhD in Human Capital Development, along with an MBA and MS in Sport Management, building a strong foundation in leadership, project management, and employee development.
