David Nguyen

David Nguyen has extensive experience in learning management systems and instructional design, currently serving as the Learning Management Systems Administrator and Instructional Designer at Berkeley Lab since May 2018. Prior to this role, David was at UC Berkeley from August 2011 to May 2018, where responsibilities included serving as a primary systems administrator for e-learning resources and as a reporting analyst. Earlier experience includes positions as an Electronic Health Record & Enterprise Business Applications Administrator and a Medical Management Systems Trainer. David began his career at Georgetown University as a Technical Trainer and Development Reporting Analyst and worked at the International Monetary Fund as a Tier II Economic Support Specialist. David holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Georgetown University and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Computer Information Systems and Philosophy from Susquehanna University.
