Doug Black

Doug Black is a Research Engineer at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, a position held since June 2001. Prior to this role, Doug Black worked as an Engineer at General Motors from 1988 to 1994. Doug Black earned a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, where studies were completed between 1994 and 2000. Earlier education was obtained at the University of Michigan from 1986 to 1990.
