Eric Dailing

Eric Dailing is a Senior Scientific Engineering Associate at Berkeley Lab, where responsibilities include conducting onboarding, training, and safety management in a national organic synthesis user facility, as well as overseeing lab maintenance and operations and managing analytical instrument upgrades. Prior experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Vanderbilt University, focusing on the synthesis and characterization of polymers and peptides, and a brief period at the University of Colorado Boulder, which involved the development of nanogel-coated hydrogels and graduate research on crosslinked polymer networks. Eric Dailing began a career in engineering at Medrad as a co-op employee, designing therapeutic catheter prototypes. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
