Ernst Sichtermann

Ernst Sichtermann is a physicist and APS fellow with extensive experience in research and scientific leadership. They served as a Senior Scientist and Division Fellow at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in 2009. Prior to that, Ernst was a Research Associate Scientist at Yale University from 1999 to 2003 and conducted research at Brookhaven National Laboratory from 1999 to 2017, where they also held the role of STAR Experiment Deputy Spokesperson. Their research journey began at CERN, where they worked as a researcher from 1994 to 1996.
