Jared Schober

Jared Schober is an IT Policy Program Manager at Berkeley Lab, currently completing a capstone project focused on rewriting and implementing the University of California System’s Information Security Policy. Previously, Jared held various roles, including Cybersecurity Expert and Senior Analyst at McKinsey & Company, and served as an International Academic Advisor at Great China International Education. Jared's experience also includes internship work with the City and County of San Francisco, where they managed the Annual Infrastructure Construction Cost Inflation Estimate process. They earned a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brown University.
