Jenny Mortimer is a prominent academic in the field of plant synthetic biology, currently serving as a Professor at the University of Adelaide and as the Deputy Director (Interim) of the Waite Research Institute. Since August 2020, Jenny has held multiple titles within the University, including Associate Professor and Adjunct Associate Professor. Jenny is also a Chief Investigator and Node Leader at the ARC Centre of Excellence in Plants for Space.
