Jingjing Liu currently serves as a Program Manager and Technology Researcher III at Berkeley Lab, where responsibilities include overseeing dynamic load management, building distributed energy resources (DERs), electrification of building loads, and fostering research deployment partnerships as the lead program manager of the California Load Flexibility Research and Development Hub (CalFlexHub).
