Jocelyn Walker

Jocelyn Walker, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and design across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Civil Engineer at Berkeley Lab since October 2021, Jocelyn previously held positions as a Senior Engineering Associate at Alta Planning + Design, Senior Engineer at WRECO, and Senior Engineer at EOA, Inc., where responsibilities included active transportation projects, stormwater analysis, and compliance reporting. Earlier roles encompassed program management for capital improvement projects at the City of Albany, and assistant engineer duties at the City of San Mateo, focusing on stormwater management and infrastructure implementation. Jocelyn began the professional journey as a Utility Engineer at the California Public Utilities Commission, overseeing safety inspections for water and gas services.
