Lisa Schwartz

Lisa Schwartz has extensive experience in policy research and energy efficiency, serving in key roles at various organizations. From June 2014 to December 2021, Lisa held positions as Senior Policy Researcher and Strategic Advisor, as well as Deputy Group Leader and Energy Efficiency Team Lead at Berkeley Lab. Prior to that, Lisa was the Director at the Oregon Department of Energy from December 2012 to May 2014 and a Senior Associate at The Regulatory Assistance Project from January 2009 to November 2012. Lisa also worked as a Senior Analyst/Lead Worker at the Oregon Public Utility Commission from January 2002 to December 2009 and as a Senior Policy Analyst at the Oregon Department of Energy from January 1995 to December 2002. Lisa completed a Master of Science in Land Resources at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies at The George Washington University.
