Madelyn Bello

Madelyn Bello, SPHR, PHR-CA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief Membership & Communications Officer for the Asian Pacific Islander Employee Resource Group at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, where responsibilities include promoting the group through various communications. With a career at Berkeley Lab spanning over two decades, Madelyn has held multiple roles, including Senior HR Division Partner and HR Policies Analyst, providing comprehensive HR services and receiving several SPOT Awards for contributions to training and recruitment initiatives. Additional experience includes instructing self-defense courses and martial arts, as well as holding HR management positions in previous companies. Madelyn earned a B.S. in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
