Marcin Joachimiak

Marcin Joachimiak is a seasoned computational biologist with extensive experience in the field, currently working at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory since August 2006. Prior roles include postdoctoral fellow at UC Berkeley from April 2003 to July 2006, scientist at Five Prime Therapeutics from March 2002 to January 2003, and bioinformaticist at Doubletwist from August 1997 to August 2001. Marcin Joachimiak began a career in research as a research assistant at the University of Chicago from January 1994 to July 1996. Educationally, Marcin Joachimiak earned a Ph.D. in Biophysics from the University of California, San Francisco from 1996 to 2002, and a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Chicago from September 1993 to June 1996.
