Mark Modera

Mark Modera is a Professor at the University of California, Davis, where Mark serves as the Director of the Western Cooling Efficiency Center since January 2008. In addition, Mark has been a Visiting Faculty member at Berkeley Lab since 1980. Previously, Mark held the position of Vice President at Carrier HVAC from 2001 to 2007. Mark Modera holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology (1985-1989), a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley (1978-1980), and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art (1974-1978).
