Meg Rodriguez

Meg Rodriguez is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and program management. Currently serving as Program Director at the Career Pathways Office at Berkeley Lab since April 2017, Meg has previously held positions including Program Manager and Postdoctoral Scholar Program Manager. Prior experience includes working as an HR/Payroll Trainer at Windsor Rosewood Care Center and as an HR Manager at Janra Enterprises, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development. Meg began a career in human resources as an HR Assistant at Tevis HR. Meg holds a Master’s of Education in Organizational Leadership from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from California State University-Sacramento.
