Michael Whittaker is a highly experienced scientist with a strong background in materials science. Currently serving as a Staff Scientist and previously as a Research Scientist and Postdoctoral Fellow at Berkeley Lab since August 2017, Michael's expertise reflects extensive research experience. Prior to this, Michael held a Postdoctoral Fellow position at the University of California, Berkeley from August 2017 to September 2020. Academically, Michael holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Materials Science from Northwestern University and multiple Master's degrees in Materials Science from the University of Utah.
