Norman Bourassa has over 18 years of experience in building energy efficiency research, currently serving in the role of Energy, Operations & Facilities Engineering at the National Energy Research Scientific Computing Center (NERSC) since October 2017, where efforts focus on enhancing the performance of the LEED Gold rated Shyh Wang Hall data center. Additionally, Norman holds the position of Principal Scientific Engineering Associate and Program Manager at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory since April 2010. Norman's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, and a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
