Reed Teyber, Ph.D., is a Research Scientist at Berkeley Lab since September 2018, focusing on Accelerator Technology and Applied Physics (ATAP), previously serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the same field. Prior experience includes a role as a Data Scientist at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory for a brief period in 2018, and working as a Magnetocaloric Liquefaction Researcher at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory from June 2017 to May 2018. Reed began the professional journey as a Magnetocaloric Research Assistant at BASF in the summer of 2013. Reed is currently a Ph.D. Candidate in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Victoria, following the completion of a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in the same field at the same institution.
