Reshma Singh is an accomplished Program Director at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, leading the Department of Energy's tech-to-market IMPEL program since March 2011. As a TechWomen Council Member and Mentor since October 2013, Reshma contributes to a professional mentorship and exchange program. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of Energy from March 2022 to September 2024, and as Program Director for the LBNL Institute for Globally Transformative Technologies, where project teams focused on developing breakthrough technologies to combat global poverty. Reshma also has a background in landscape architecture as a Landscape Architect at Carol Johnson Associates, and experience teaching graduate seminars on architecture and sustainable design at Harvard University. Educational achievements include a Master of Landscape Architecture from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Architecture from TVB School of Habitat Studies.
