Samuel Fernandes

Samuel Fernandes is an experienced Energy Technology Researcher and Technical Program Manager at Berkeley Lab, where responsibilities include leading collaborative research initiatives with utility partners for energy efficiency analysis, developing advanced machine learning algorithms, and managing nationwide scientific programs focused on energy management technologies. With a track record of securing funding from major utility providers and achieving high customer satisfaction across numerous R&D projects, Samuel has demonstrated excellence in technical communication and cross-functional leadership.
