Simone Ferraro is a Senior Scientist and Divisional Fellow at Berkeley Lab, serving since November 2018. Prior to this position, Simone worked as a Miller Postdoctoral Research Fellow at UC Berkeley from September 2015 to October 2018. Simone earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Astrophysics from Princeton University between 2010 and 2015, a Master’s Degree in Physics from the University of Chicago in 2009-2010, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Cambridge from 2005 to 2009.
