Stephen P. Cramer

Stephen P. Cramer is an Advanced Light Source Professor at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and UC Davis, where they have contributed to the Department of Applied Science since 1990. Previously, Cramer worked as a scientist at Schlumberger and served as a group head at Exxon, focusing on catalysts and exploration tools in the oil and gas industry. They have also held a position as a physicist at Brookhaven National Laboratory, engaging in various DOE projects related to x-rays, biology, and the environment. Cramer holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Stanford University and completed postdoctoral work at Caltech, along with a B.A. in Chemistry from Williams College.
