Terry Chan has over three decades of experience in systems support and research analysis. Currently serving as a Systems Administrator at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory since May 1989, Terry provides technical support for 230 users in a diverse operating systems environment. Previous experience includes a role as Principal Research Associate, where responsibilities included conducting manufacturer impact analysis related to national energy efficiency standards. Earlier in the career, Terry worked as an Audit Specialist at Bank of Boston Corporation, leading comprehensive reviews of both domestic and foreign operations. Terry holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University, completed in 1987 and 1984, respectively.
