Tiffany Win

Tiffany Win currently serves in the Office of Science Communications at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) since January 2025. Simultaneously, Tiffany has been contributing to internal communications and employee experience at Berkeley Lab since June 2020. Previous roles include working as an Account Supervisor and Senior Account Executive in Employee Experience at Edelman from May 2017 to June 2020, and as an Academic Services Coordinator at American University from January 2015 to May 2017. Tiffany's early career involved positions at institutions such as Hillwood Estate, Museum & Gardens, The Brookings Institution, the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian, The Art Institute of Chicago, Lehman Loeb Art Center, and Southwestern Association For Indian Arts. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University, a Master’s Degree in Strategic Communication from American University, and a B.A. in Art History, Education, and Economics from Vassar College. Tiffany also studied at the European University at Saint Petersburg in 2010.
