Tim Hart

Tim Hart is a highly experienced civil and structural engineer with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor - Engineering at Build Change since March 2005, Tim provides technical consulting on structural evaluations for earthquake and typhoon performance. Additionally, Tim holds the position of Lead Civil/Structural Engineer at Berkeley Lab, overseeing structural engineering work and designing seismic anchorage for laboratory equipment. Past roles include Senior Associate at Forell/Elsesser Engineers and Associate Principal at DASSE Design, where Tim managed project teams and developed proposals for large-scale projects. Tim's extensive expertise in structural engineering is complemented by a BS Cum Laude in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
