Vanessa Hsia

Vanessa Hsia is currently the IPO Operations Manager at Berkeley Lab, where they lead operations within the Intellectual Property Office. Previously, they served as the Director of Sales Operations for North America at British Airways from 2011 to 2013, later taking on roles including Sales Project Manager and Global Corporate Account Manager. Vanessa has demonstrated strong leadership skills in project management and change management throughout their career. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Linguistics at Northwestern University.
