William (Bill) Miller possesses extensive experience in energy efficiency and policy advisory roles, currently serving as Program Manager at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory since October 2011, where William advises the Building Technologies Office and the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Office within the US Department of Energy.
