William Miller

Program Manger

William (Bill) Miller possesses extensive experience in energy efficiency and policy advisory roles, currently serving as Program Manager at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory since October 2011, where William advises the Building Technologies Office and the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Office within the US Department of Energy. Previously, William was a Senior Advisor at Sentech, Inc. from March 2010 to September 2011 and spent over 26 years at Pacific Gas & Electric, culminating as Manager of Customer Energy Efficiency Strategic Issues. William's career began in academia with lecturer positions at various universities and colleges in California, focusing on mathematical economics and teaching economics courses from September 1973 to June 1983. William holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. in Economics and History from Stanford University.
