Xiaoxi Wei

Xiaoxi (Sofie) Wei is the Founder and CEO of X-Therma Inc., a company dedicated to advancing regenerative medicine through a biopreservation platform since 2014. They previously served as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the Department of Chemistry at SUNY-Buffalo, where they completed a thesis on self-assembling organic nanopores. Additionally, they held roles as a Business Development Consultant at Roberts-Gordon, LLC., and as a Procurement Manager at TPetro. Currently, they are also involved as a Principal Investigator at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and hold advisory positions with the American Chemical Society and the University of California. Wei earned their degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2014.
