John Barkett

John Barkett is a seasoned professional in health policy and management, currently serving as Managing Director at BRG since March 2023. Previously, Barkett held roles at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health as an Assistant Scientist and Health Policy Scholar, and served as Senior Policy Advisor for Health Care Delivery System Reform at The White House. Barkett's extensive experience also includes positions as Senior Director of Policy Affairs and Product Marketing at Willis Towers Watson and Towers Watson, as well as Director of Product Marketing at Extend Health. Barkett contributed to the WHARTON HEALTH CARE MANAGEMENT ALUMNI ASSOCIATION, holding various leadership roles from 2014 to 2019. Additionally, Barkett hosted "The Business of Health Care" on SiriusXM from 2015 to 2018. Barkett holds an MBA in Health Care Management from The Wharton School and an AB in Economics and Health Care Policy from Harvard University.
