Michael Salve

Michael Salve, PhD, is a Managing Director at Berkeley Research Group LLC since June 2022, bringing extensive experience in economic consulting and advisory roles. Previously, as a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting from February 2015 to June 2022, Michael specialized in managing change and mitigating risk for a diverse clientele. Michael has also held prominent positions including Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, where expertise in international arbitration and trade secret cases was showcased, and Principal at Deloitte, leading Economic Consulting Services in New York. Early career roles include serving as a Manager at KPMG and a Senior Economist at Christensen Associates. Additionally, Michael contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Masters Program in Economics at Hunter College from September 2011 to September 2017. Michael holds a PhD and MA in Economics from Boston College.
